Q1: You have worked with SUNG PO for quite some time now. Could you tell us more about your working profile with SUNG PO? What development plan has been set out?
N: Our working profile is based on mutual trust and the existence of win-win situations. With these bases, I believe our business will be successful. For our development plan, MP3 solution has already provided stable technical support, allowing the company to accumulate a fixed customer base. We are now developing the standard applied solution for MP4 and Bluetooth solution for the wireless technology industry. MCU Power Ltd and SUNG BO will continue to offer to its customers various qualified applied solutions as a way for customers to receive comprehensive and professional services.
Q2: There is an intense competition in the MP3 solution market. What strategies has MCU adopted to keep its advantageous position?
N: Each market will more or less face some kind of competition after expansion. It is inevitable. Our strategy is to put the MP3 control panel of Actions as our focus, developing different product formats, such as MP3 with memory card ports, MP3 with color monitor, and many more. I believe that by offering different solutions to a targeted group of customers, the company will be able to keep its advantageous position.
Q3: MCU has been actively training newcomers. Does this have anything to do with the intense market competition in recent years?
N: I think there is no direct correlation between training newcomers and the intense market competition. MCU has some experienced staff and some new colleagues, but this is a perfectly normal corporate structure. With a larger business scope and stronger human resources at present, our business model needs to be adjusted. Every colleague has their own development space in the company. I would try to talk less and listen more to their opinions, giving them more opportunities to bring their skills and talents into full play.
Q4: Up till now, can M8 attain its goal of becoming a commercial product solution specialist?
N: M8 has been established for more than a year now with strengths in developing electronic measurement solutions. Our first goal is to develop electronic scale solutions. We have successfully developed multi-functional kitchen scales and human weight scales. We are now advancing on our ultraviolet light meters, body fat scales, calorie scales and many more. Therefore, I believe M8 has already become a commercial product solution specialist at this services-oriented company.
Q5: What advice can you give to our new sales engineers or university interns?
N: I would like to share my sales and communication techniques with the new sales engineers and university interns. Regarding the company product knowledge and technology, I think that they can accumulate relevant experiences as time passed. The company will also provide a good platform and pleasant work environment to its employees, allowing them to understand the company's operation faster and adapt to the company's work environment.

Q1: How does SUNG BO , the applied technical support center of MCU Power Ltd, outperform others in the market?
C: CHUNG BO has already had 4 years of experience in research and development technology. With a well-established reputation in the market and strengths in RF product development, the company is able to offer customers with value-added and diversified products.
Q2: What is your development goal for the company? What do you anticipate on the knowledge level of SUNG BO's employees?
C: I hope the company can continue its development in increasing the number of employees to 60 so as to open design services on 4 of our product lines at the same time. In terms of the knowledge level of our employees, the company hopes they can expand and cultivate their knowledge and skills while at work.
Q3: With the needs and wants of customers heightening, how does CHUNG BO increase product value to satisfy their needs?
C: CHUNG BO will have adequate coordination with MCU Power, combining MCU Power's market knowledge with CHUNG BO's technological strengths for providing efficient and diversified services to satisfy customer's needs.

Q1: What have you go from joining Industrial Attachment Scheme (IAS)?
K: I got quite a lot from the Industrial Attachment Scheme. For a graduate to step into the society to work is one of the turning points in life. I think my internship at Mobicon is like a warm-up prior to a competition. It trains and prepares university students like us to adapt to different environments for the future, enabling us to quickly plunge into a new work environment. Moreover, my internship at MCU Power Ltd has definitely broadened my horizons. I would like to thank the company for giving me valuable opportunities to visit Mobicon branch office in Shenzhen to learn more the electronic market there. With my initiative, persistence and determination, I was able to secure purchasing orders from customers.
Q2: Can you share with us your most memorable experience?
K: I think my most unforgettable experience is to be given a chance to go the factories in China and learn more about the work environment. During my internship, it was my first time to visit remote factories in Zhuhai as well as Mobicon branch office in Shenzhen International Trading Center . It was a very precious experience for me. I was able to witness first hand the work environment and different customers in China . With most companies having branch offices in China now, we often need to work in China , so it is extremely important for us to be able to speak Putonghua fluently.
